Colour Target Outline System DX8

Hello everyone,

One of my clients requested the Outline target board colouring system with DirectX9 and SM plugins, which they’d seen on a forum, but the client’s system is DirectX8, so I thought I’d share this with you all. Hope you find it useful.

The coloured target plugin has been implemented in the form of a boss stone monster NPC, and the code has been shortened.
